Yeah I really don't know. There are random clusters of nonsense words all over the place. However, the points whoever wrote this made may be something the content revisors of the TES page would want to take a look at. Though I believe it does pull some feats from C0DA.

It seems to be a badly translated version of the Anime Characters Fight wiki's verse page about the Elder Scrolls.

They used to have very highly rated Elder Scrolls pages, due to that the profiles in question had not been monitored. Then I think that the staff downgraded them to universe level and the like, after looking them over.

Currently you say that the pages are missing, so maybe they were removed due to insufficient or contradictory information.

Regardless, there are several Russian words in the verse page linked above, so it seems to have been copied from an old version of the ACF wiki.
