Dragon God/Evie Class: Low Multiverse Level

Eh, this one depends on two things: 1.) what the extent of the cosmology is; on the sandbox, it’s currently 4-A at low end and tier 2 on the high end (so basically, they could still be tier 4 at a low end if your proposal is accepted) 2.) if Great Red stabilizing the dimensional gap and realms is agreed to scale to him.

I can’t find anything new for the cosmology after thinking. Another reason why it’d have been nice to see how the other mythologies really work.

I think he made it broken because he only planned to write five or six volumes, without including any other mythologies, and Azazel was the final boss. If you look at volume 1, Raynare said she was acting on orders and Azazel seemed like a bad person.

If he knew DxD would blow up to the extent that it did, he probably wouldn’t have made Boosted Gear an exponential doubling ability.

I think considering the fact he briefly mentioned the Norse Gods around the end of Vol 4, he may have ended up planning for the mythos gods to appear but even still, yeah the way Raynare talked about Azazel and all that really did make Vol 1 seem like an outlier to the rest of the series when we properly met him.

That's part of the issue narratively wise since, as you put it, Issei does use it quite a lot which in his fair case, he DID started out as a pretty weak Devil with very little Demonic Power and all that. True he does get pretty strong from training given V1 Ise could only do 4 Boosts vs 12 Boosts his Vol 2 self could do and that was still before he got BxB which strengthens up his stats to where he can fight someone like V2 Riser.

If it wasn't a cluster **** since Vol2, it was surely one since Vol4 when Issei did his 40+ Boosts in one go rage moment against Vali xD

The one's in V9 are especially cheeks, stacking new forms with double the usual boost number is crazy.
