Good examples of characters managing to hurt a Nonexistent being?

It's a rather odd question, but while I understand the concept and ideas behind I haven't been able to find, nor came across, examples of characters that more or less explain on why they can hurt a being a nonexistent being (particulartly Type 2). For example, there is Sora (Kingdom Hearts) or Digimons who can hurt respective nonexistent beings from their verse (Nobodies and Dark Area Digimon), but in-story they can simply attack and harm them.

I dunno if I am reading too much into it, though.

I see... Looking around I found that Nonexistent Physiology received a recent revision that indeed changed its behaviour as a strong invulnerability, like you mention, and it was toned it down to make it more clear or at least less ambiguous on what can affect them or how.

However, I also found this QA that comments that NPI by itself isn't enough to affect a Nonexistent Being and some feats are needed to backup that a character can interact with a nonexistent one.

Thought so, which is the doubt I have. This especially cases in which they have Type 2 Nonexistance, which I haven't ever come accross tbh.
