Not really, you can have a lot of memory or space in your consiusness to have it fill with a massive amount of information even if it brokes the limits of your brain (Or even destroyes it), while the other changes your way of brains in its entirety.

Yes it makes you resist mind destruction, but not mindhax more akind to brainwashing.

Mindhax resistance is mindhax resistance. Especially since I-No has a tremendously strong resistance. If it were a totally different kind of mindhax, like chemical or hypnosis, it could work. But it seems like the standard type of mindhax which I-No resists.
