At most you can say this will be incon, because Vergil cant damage the spirit origin fully. Spirit Origin is Soul, Concept and Information manip.

And that part about Divine Servant getting Authority, then they would get Regen Neg High-Godly.

A divine spirit Servant should naturally possess Authorities, but to use them in the modern age requires a corresponding compensation to be paid (self-destruction).

already told you he can interact with info, he doesnt need to manipulate info inorder to interact with it.
and he can still just screw her concept over, not to mention he has this thought based conceptual power null type ability, he can just take her name and she'll be completely incapped (i think verse equalisation covers that)

not really, you dont need to affect all 3 in a case like this. concepts are more fundamental than info and souls, since they govern all reality, information & souls just control one thing, and anyway vergil can interact with all of them, and can also incap with a thought

not always. not all verses treat the concept above all else, in the case of the servant there is no specific statement that the concept is superior to the others. After all, it's a self-concept
