Minamoto no Raikou vs Dread Emperor

Just today finished Heian-kyo (the story chapter were Raikou appear) and I can say confidently that if kids end hurt or killed she will have a mental collapse and go berserk while destroying everything with either her Gozu-Tenno persona (literally what almost happened in Heian-kyo if she hadn't be stopped by healing and resurrecting the kid in question) or her Lone Warrior Mode.
