This is a really bad stomp. Doffy is a running counter to Deidara, considering he can destroy explosives near instantaneous, has massively AP and Dura Advantage and is way faster. Doffy can tank everything Deidara has, besides the Cellular Destruction and Suicide Bomb.

No. Dofflamingo's durability and regen can take that attack just fine. And deidara cannot spam it.
