Yes, I seen from DeviantArt and Death Battle fanon. From how I find match ups, I look at those sights to see which makes sense/ which is seen most often. For example, you know Knuckles vs Wario is well known. Same for Knuckles vs Wolverine, I seen that many times.

1. How can there be a winner, wasn't there a stalemate because both teams were evenly skilled?
No, it was a stalemate because no one cared about the actual fight. Only Sarge did and it was mostly for bragging rights. Apparently there was an alternate ending where Sarge was the last survivor and he has a mental breakdown over having no one left to fight.
2. Why wasn't Sister, Wash, or Doc included in the fight? Why use Tex?
Because they wanted it to be the OG crew, going all the way back to the past. Plus Sister was kinda on both sides for a while (I agree, by the time she was solidly put on the Blues, the fighting was basically all over), Wash joined after everyone already made peace, and Doc was basically neutral the whole way through (I also agree since Doc was mostly helping with the Blues because they were the ones who needed medical attention the most)
3. If Tucker and Caboose weren't so strong and skilled, would Tex have still been able to carry or would her programming prevent her from winning?
The DBC admit that her programming rules were vague. And ultimately decided she wouldn't get a clean victory. Like she would fail to protect a Blue or end up seriously injured. It doesn't necessarily mean she had to lose. They also talked about how Tex had been failing at stuff (For example, being captured by the Reds after getting the flag) since before the reveal she was an AI and Ben praised the show for turning random gags into pieces of lore.
4. Why does Caboose sound so different?
They couldn't get his original VA to reprise the role. They did contact him but ended up having to recast to the best of their abilities. Everyone else is indeed the same VA though.

Red vs Blue
Ben thinks people may want to see late season Red vs Blue characters(?) into a Death Battle against other franchise characters.
Red vs Blue is delayed because the original voice actor for Caboose left Rooster Teeth and a new voice actor is deployed to recast the whole thing, including the Death Battle episode.
The crew wanted to represent characters as much as possible.
They see Tucker vs Lopez and Sarge vs Tex as good sub-matches.
Grif has his nuts kicked. Church misses. Caboose team kills.
Josh thinks Caboose could just KO Sarge, but to make Blue Team more in-character they let Tucker's grenade do the job.
Audience yells the RVB Death Battle feels more RVB than the RVB Zero story. Josh and Chad say the people working RVB Zero is passionate about the OG RVB but they also want to do things differently.
Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) vs Spider-Gwen is directed by Joshua Kazemi working with the "3D" SFM team.

Ben loves the Blood Gulch Bedlam music.

Street Sharks vs Extreme Dinosaurs
Verdicts picked for Street Sharks and for Extreme Dinosaurs
Chad recalled TMNT was such a commercial success in the late 1980s many companies wanted to copy the formula and make rip-offs in the 90's.
The crew agreed that Extreme Dinosaurs were so "90's" and their Saurian Stomp can actually erupt volcanoes.
Chad is interested in making Street Sharks vs Extreme Dinosaurs and the crew members seem to be interested in what both teams could further do.
Next Community Death Battle is Rudy Tabootie vs Yugi Muto (Manga). IMO Rudy can be better matched to fight Maxwell (Scribblenauts) (though many opponents will fall upon Maxwell under his dead lion corps and DC cosmic gods)

It's not a canon fight, plus they're in a stalemate because none of them actually care about the fight.
Why did you put Tex on the Blues but exclude Sister, Washington, and Doc?
They wanted to do the OG crew for nostalgia's sake. Including those extra characters would make it a lot more complicated. In addition, Sister was kind of on both sides, Wash joined after the teams made peace, and Doc is a neutral party.
How could you incorporate Tex's programming flaw into this fight?
Due to the vagueness of her flaw, they decided that at best, she would have won with heavy losses. Plus, they needed a way to work in Caboose team killing.
Why did Caboose's voice sound different?
Joel was fired from Rooster Teeth in 2019 and was replaced by Michael. DB did contact Joel about reprising the role, but they ultimately had to recast. They grabbed all the other original VAs, though (except Tex since she doesn't talk)
Why didn't you mention how smart Grif actually is or Lopez's hatred for the Reds?
They didn't have time to cover everything, but they tried to work in moments in the animation to show off said quirks.
Since Spartans perceive time slower than normal people, shouldn't Simmons' changing feat be even faster?
No, mainly because there is no evidence to indicate that the Reds and Blues are actually Spartans. They may have the armor, but the only ones who indicate super strength equivalent to Spartans are Tex, a robot, and Caboose, an anomaly.
The win by grenade was dumb luck. Would Caboose be able to defeat Sarge in a one-on-one fight?
Due to the strength gap, probably. However, the grenade bit fit the tone of RvB, which is what the group was going for. That's also why Caboose didn't enter his rage mode.
This fight felt more like RvB than RvB: 0 does. Why aren't these DB writers making 0?
They are. As much as the writers love RvB, they wanted to make a series that was different from the original series in tone and presentation.

Ben is more like the producer of the show at this point. He oversees all faucets of the show as a whole, but the individual episodes can be directed by others. Also, Pyrrah vs Carolina is neat, even if it is basically just Pyrrah using her magnetism to crush Carolina in her own armor. Favorite RvB matchup is still Sarge vs TF2's Solider though.

Yes Sarge vs Soldier is one of my favorites for the potential of the banter alone. The banter will be god like!
