Funny enough, from discord Esdeath's ice storm was Multi-Continential to Moon. Only Akame in her Endonuzoo form and Tatsumi scale to this as no one else could. Tatsumi downscales from it as Akame(Endonuzoo) scales to this. Plus, Ryuko other stronger forms are needed by outside help so Akame could win actually. That also means Esdeath beats Satsuki as well.
Lastly, I prefer Shadow vs Zero but I like Shadow vs Ryuko as well.

Endonuzoo kills Akame going by th info from the new manga series and even then its unlikely that Akam would bypass Ryuko's regen even with an ap advantage
