eh, it's iffy but death battle has used worst, even then he has stuff from the mind world arc thing which got calced to Multi-Continent level, which would have been way higher than Tatsumaki at the time.
There's also a light speed statement in the most recent arc... I know it couldn't have been used but it's just an interesting thing on top of that.

I just think that Season 6 is full of consistently good episodes, which is why I think it's the best. Their peaks are a lot more consistent than the other seasons.
I agree that Season 9 was consistent in terms of good episodes, as well as Season 8 having better peaks (Yoda vs Mickey and Popeye vs Saitama).
