I don't think The boys was initially meant to be Disney just more of a generic evil megacoperation , just that in the real word the big mega coperation that's trying to monopolize our lives is Diseny so logically a modern adaptation would take inspiration from the mouse.

Well unless Sinestro is accepted to be dimensionally stronger than Terumi, Terumi wins because of layers of crazy hax. Like even the protagonists of the Blazblue took multiple steps to defeat Terumi in the end, and there were still chances for him to slowly resurrect.
But nobody guarantees Death Battle accepts what yield data to use.
Or do they accept the idea that hax has a range and potency limit difference among users. And some hax can simply be overpowered because how dimensionality works.
I have a better suggestion:
