I think it will be his original personality. It's just that Taka is one of the more well know Alucard voices thanks to TFS. But I doubt he's gonna be his meme personality as Taka can pull off a serious Alucard pretty well.

Dio sucks blood from familiars and creates zombies.
Alucard absorbs the zombies and made them familiars.
The loop could only end in one way...

It's possible, and it's something that I desperately want.
