Well we have had Death Battle crew make Sora and King Mickey jump from 24 megatons of TNT to "swirl hundreds of celestial bodies" level.
Sora and King Mickey still won their matches.
(Okay we can all forget Sasuke vs Riku from then onward.)

But I can also (somehow) accept Madara winning, given Ichigo defeated Aizen and Naruto and co barely defeated Kaguya who sort of one-shotted Madara.

Not necessarily. - But I am honestly curious:
How would anyone accept Goku vs Seiya or Samus vs X?

And how would you think the crew members have in mind given the Community Death Battle brings Hades and Saint Seiya character into their radar and they more or less know the limits of Mega Man X and what he is capable of.

The moment they somehow didn't include Zangetsu-possessed ichigo in the scaling was the moment I knew DB was wrestling-tier entertainment.

They also didn't factor in Ichigo being less than half his power during the LDR feat nor did they factor in ultra fragor.

The fight itself was somehow more dumb than the explanation. Made me question if they even watched/read bleach.

It would be nice to see genshin impact in death battle but i doubt they'll make anytime soon because genshin is a recent series.


Plus the lore/story hasn't been finished yet.


Rooting and betting noelle due to scaling with other genshin characters.

also if death battle does decide to use the traveler. which gender would they pick because it can be either lumine or aether

Well, in context of Sora thats vs Pit. Pretty sure Sora still beats Pit's AP buffs.

Those matches would still be ehh, but honestly, MC vs Samus is far better "legacy" fight. Its far worse as debate, but this is already a stomp season.

I have such sights to show you.

1. Ichigo has a better healing factor. But they said Naruto had a better healing factor. How come regenerating a cut in a hand be better than regenerating limbs and organs?

2. They used Mugetsu at the end. Like if somehow this new Mugetsu was all of his power after EoS.

3. They make Ichigo faster and stronger but he still loses?​



4. They used Mugetsu to get rid off Hollow Ichigo so he wouldn’t bring Ichigo back to life.

5. Somehow Naruto can kill souls.

6. Ichigo can absorb energy attacks with his sword and use it. Never mentioned.

7. They mentioned Hellverse form which is not canon in the analysis but never used.

8. Somehow Naruto can dodge someone faster than him.

9. Never mentioned that Vasto Lorde Ichigo had less than half of his real power against Ulquiorra.

10. Somehow Ichigo scales to first form Ulquiorra when the latter was stomping and playing with Jhonatan.

I could go on if my computer was fix. I’m mobile until then. 😌

They did that because there was a huge debate on whether mugestsu or Horn of salvation was stronger at the time
Guess folks didn't exactly see horned if salvation as the strongest during the time

You can see me? By "better legacy" you mean the Samus Chief matchup was raised in an earlier date than Samus X.
Maybe there is some nostalgia from a select few out of it but not one that is as good as say Galactus vs Unicron or Cole MacGrath vs Alex Mercer.


Because many matchups are just washed up.

The Haloid thing did not bring up Samus Chief for a slight while but in fact it spawns out Red vs Blue rather than Death Battle.
Quite some earlier matchups ended up having better alternatives.

Well see if the crew thinks the same way. This kind of resolves Beerus vs Hades and makes it better. Yes Goku vs Pegasus Seiya is better than Beerus vs Hades yet Beerus vs Hades fans will not be let down.
 
Super technically didnt Dragonzord vs Kiryu have frozen PR logo? But then again theres stuff like Shadow vs Ryuoko thumbnail.

Death Battle was very much influenced by Haloid, esp since its now RT property whose golden goose RWBY was another important one made by Monty.

Samus vs X is just another ep. Whats its legacy? Samus? The same thing MC vs Samus has too. It doesnt feel as major as finales besides DP vs PP.

Voltron vs Power Rangers was supposed to be S3 Finale until got pushed back again

In regards to Samus vs Chief what's the point of doing that as a finale when Samus just got a new game released in October and Halo infinite comes out in a few days
 
SA-X (which is how I will refer to Samus vs X from now on) isn’t really the best of episodes. While it’s fairer than Samus vs Chief, it doesn’t have the same affection in it. And this is coming from someone who really doesn’t like Samus vs Chief.

Also let’s be honest, X is probably coming back to fight another android like KOS-MOS or smth

Yup, they have usually made finales [[BIG SHOT]]s.

If MC vs Samus were to happen, remember it was chosen last year, or presumably was. Halo had 5+ games and MC looks like he is not getting anything to beat current Samus, so maybe they went why not.

Tho if Swan is very excited for next ep, Im not sure if MC vs Samus is his thing.

Technically DIO vs Al wasnt cosmic, so we'll see what finale is.

Death Battle curse lol They did Venom & Hulk in middle of their big stuff.

Yes, But Comic Big stuff never last that long
Venom is the current king of black, but God knows how long it'll truly last
Hulk overall lost access to the green door by the end of his run and some of his alter egos like Green Scar and Devil Hulk are dead and he didn't fight the TOBA who's really the TOAA
