I know that this well over a week old, and coming from a user seemingly permabanned for being a sock, but I just can't get over how this guy is talking shit about how Americans have a culture entirely about "domination through violent death"...in a thread entirely about discussing which fictional characters would dominate through violently killing other fictional characters in fanfiction super-fights.

I also like how people are just blatantly copying Super Smash Brothers now. At least the "platform fighter" genre won't be monopolized by Nintendo anymore.
 
BS's VA Chad was asked on different Twitch stream about SCP, because they mentioned they didn't want fan made versions that much.

He was asked to clarify that they are not specifically against SCP. However from that wording they are not really aware of it so at earliest like in 2 years.

Already said and gave the reasoning on why Eggman vs Wily is more probable than Bowser, the team actually showed interest and even made predictions on the former, meanwhile the latter only has Ultra wanting Bowser to return in his wishlist, the same where he said Eggman vs Wily 2 is one of his most wanted matchups

Disclaimer: I have no idea why in hell I decided to make entire monologue about "killers", but it turned out to be big.

I mean, you could say that at same time before Nickelodeon's smash came out, and now looking at twitch streams and online in Steam and it kind of fails to do what people hyped them to do.

Same case can pretty much become with multiversus even though I liked the concept of team work of characters. Roster is quite small for now (like, not even in comparance to Ultimate with one of the biggest rosters but just in comparance to fighting game roster in general), there's not seen much locations for "platforming". Overall it have potential but I don't think it's at least prepared, quite fresh in other words...

Does this mean no one can do platform fighting? No, McLeodgaming did SSF2 which is cool Smash fan game, they're doing Freymakers which have some ambitions and good mechanic to use, in other words I'm waiting for them to try make good platform fighting game.

Oh yeah, there's also a game of my childhood aka Shrek Superslam which out of all other Smash clones is quite neat.

Ehh I’m not really a fan of calling a game a copy just cause it’s in the same genre. Obviously yes it exists because of the popularity of Smash but saying it’s a copy reminds me of how people called Fortnite a copy of PUBG when it first came out and they were radically different games.

The only crack/never ever fight I want is Monika vs Yukari for nothing more than personal bias and how much the two characters shaped me as a writer.

My most wanted is Morag vs Winter Schnee.

I've seen some discussion on it before though it's more of a "which is more OP" discussion. Technically though it is a massive stomp and the doctor literally pushes on button and rick is nuked so hard.
