Debatable, but don't give a damn about it. Korra vs Rey would've been gutter trash no matter how 'debatable' it might have been. And as for Delsin, well, this is just me personally, but I don't give a shit about him either. Better than Rey by a solid margin, but not as good as Storm. Sometimes, seeing a stomp play out is fun to watch.
