DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (2024–2025) (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

Wasn't the moon not that much bigger than earth after it was launched lol
Wrong moon? There was a whole lot that Chakravartin chucked at Asura, I think it was later on in the flight
How is that uni
Cause Naraka is "endless". Either it has endless pillars ala infinite sized ones or it has an endless amount of pillars, either way would be an endless sized realm. And Asura shattered it, if you don't see it as an illusion.
when did he do that? I don't remember
During the final episode. Chakravartin in his golden statue form was sitting in the center of the galaxy, and we see him dragging in the starry sky and galaxies into himself.

yeah but isn't asura shown to be visible on it despite him only being earth sized? I forgot how it goes but he just rams through it

Can you send the feat, I don't recall him destroying naraka

Thats not uni, also wasn't he just creating those celestial bodies, not dragging them to himself

Iirc, some of those fly byes don't show him visible at all compared to the celestial bodies he smashes through.

Jump to 19:10 in the video, once Asura reaches Chakravartin, he punches him and the whole place shatters like a pane of glass. It might be a weird presentation, but I think it's clear enough that Asura did shatter Naraka there.

I'm not saying that's uni on it's own, I'm saying it can support the claim that when Chakravartin says he's going to destroy the world, and says he's the creator of it I guess, it means he's referring to the universe and not just Gaia. And I'm not talking about the stars he fires out in his statue phase, I'm talking about him sucking the cosmos into himself.

Weird to say, but when watching these for the first time, I kept bracing myself to see to see the vicious beatdowns to cause the characters to explode into pools of blood and organs (I blame them in the rather gritty designs), and when they just were knocked down and got up for more it was like "Huh... Cool!".

Well they're demigods, they'd only spill oil! But we do see cases of characters limbs being blasted off and full on sliced off, bisections as well.

Kratos has better hax with all his weaponry and if the best fighter. But Asura has better options for moving around the battle field and his ability to get stronger over the course of the battle is insane
Yeah, this summs it up. If both are put as comparable in the DB, I can see the crew making it a close fight because of these reasons.

Alright, Asura and Kratos get equal or comparable stats, who wins? I’d assume Kratos hax stomps
If Asura has a lot of hax resistances he should be able to survive long enough to surpass and overpower Kratos. Otherwise Kratos overwhelms him with his versatility and kills him before he gets too strong.

Base Sonic is 2-C and Super Sonic is 1-C, there is no way Sonic Scholars aint working to get even more stuff lmao
I was about to go through a whole bit about stupid crossover scaling and how this is total bull, and there's no way mainline canon DC should be scaling to Sonic characters..... but then I remembered how much I love the idea of Godzilla canonically scaling to high-tier Marvel in the upcoming comics, and I realized I'm a hypocrite.

I've been awaiting this episode for a while. I hope Remilia wins, I don't know who Rachel is but I like Remilia a lot (She's my second fav next to Flandre, Cirno, Koishi, etc) and I like her more than that random character.
Alright, fav ost of the season so far?
Game over and A requiem for a thief

Solid state invincible is good but he has too much autotune
