He's more than likely above second form cell by now, dunno about a cell junior tho :0

Unless Tien got some sort of massive power up, he's still fodder to the likes of Namek Freeza, let alone even Imperfect Cell.

The only thing that makes him relevant is the Kikoho; which didn't hurt Semiperfect Cell at all. And Tien will literally overexert himself and die before he deals any significant damage to anyone worth anything.

The best he can hope to do is give a Cell Junior a few light pushes before dying.
