Roshi doesn't have a power level of 180 at any point in Early Dragon Ball, as the only source that states that contradicts several sources.

Also, 139 came from Saiyan saga when Bulma used the scouter on Roshi; that was after all three Budokai tournaments and thus where Roshi was a lot stronger than he was when he did the Moon feat.

As in it's not applied on the profiles, so there'd be nothing to "fix" if you disagreed with that thread. Also, pretty sure the thread wouldn't have made Cell lower than Solar System level anyway. It was just going to result in adding a "higher" for his Kamehameha.
