This should be looked at. The height the Alps mountains (the location here) should be more than 1km. Someone should do a pixel calc to check this. It might even be Mach 3+ which only requires the spel lto have travelled 4 km in this time span.
This means that other characters (at least the top tiers) should scale to being able to react to spells, considering that even a non-verbal spell by credence may be Mach 3+.
