Lumos Solem is a charms spell explicitly stated to be a blinding flash of sunlight in Hogwarts Mystery and in the first movie, as such it should travel at lightspeed. It's taught to 7th Year charm students according to Hogwarts Mystery, and in the movies
At least Hermione Granger should get "Speed of Light attack speed via Lumos Solem" and Light Manipulation
Everyone else should get “Speed of Light attack speed via Lumos Solem (Should know this spell, as it’s implied to be taught in basic herbology and advanced charms class, and first years like Hermione have showcased this spell)” and Light Manipulation
Voldemort's lightning
We already give Voldemort Lightning level AP, so he should get Massively Hypersonic+ attack spell with his lightning
- Voldemort: Athletic Human with Subsonic reactions and flight speed (He can keep up with other Wizards in duels, and many of them can maneuver their brooms while in high-speed flight, with brooms as fast as the Firebolt, and track objects as small and swift as the Golden Snitch. Can fly this fast), Massively Hypersonic+ attack speed with lightning, Speed of Light attack speed with Lumos Solem (Should know this spell, as it’s implied to be taught in basic herbology and advanced charms class, and first years like Hermione have showcased this spell, with the spell summoning a blinding flash of sunlight)
