Basically, I think both mecha should scale to High 1-C via clashing with anti spiral, and they should also upscale from the spiral power of literally everyone inside them. Also, we literally have lower forms of Gurren Lagann (regular gurren lagann) post-multiverse labyrinth scaling to High 1-C. Furthermore Arc-Gurren Lagann literally clashes with Super Granzeboma, which it shouldn't be able to do if it's planetary.
