Either one, he has 8-B and 8-A key so either tourney works, whichever one OP wants to use I'm fine with, if not both, if he's allowed, he is pretty op after all.

That's not what a smurf is.

Smurf = higher dimensional stuff.
Though I get the concern because it is an 11x amp. Though that's just the max value it's displayed, surrounded by people believing in her which she won't have here so she wouldn't even have the max 11x amp.

Actually, it's possible she could have it cause of her charisma, especially if she's around a bunch of people...

She scales down from 7-C. A comparable character fought a 7-C character who was stated to be at 5% of their full power.

She would be 750 tons.
