Simple enough CRT:
Kageroza Inaba, Nozomi Kujo, Oko Yushima, Kokuto, Jin Kariya, and Koga Kuchiki need to be updated. Despite scaling to several Tier 6 and sub-rel characters such as Post Resurrection Ichigo, Rukia, Renji, Toshiro and shikai Yamamoto they're still only 7-A and Massively Hypersonic so they should change accordingly.
Kageroza's should be
Attack Potency: Multi-Continent level (Overwhelmed Bankai Ichigo and comparable to a surpressed Ichigo with his Hollow Mask, defeated both Rukia and Renji simultaneously)
Speed: Sub-Relativistic (Kept up with anime Ichigo, who has proven himself capable of dodging and outrunning lightning based attacks from Jin Kariya. Has also managed to keep up and dodge attacks from the likes of Kenpachi Zaraki and Tōshirō Hitsugaya)
For Nozomi
Attack Potency: At least Island level (Comparable to Post Resurrection Shikai Ichigo), higher with Arazome Shigure (Was able to one shot Reigai Toshiro in Bankai)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Comparable to Post Resurrection Shikai Ichigo)
For Oko
Attack Potency: Multi-Continent level (Stronger than Kageroza and Nozomi, Comparable to Post Resurrection Ichigo with his Hollow Mask), higher with Sumitsukigasa (Possess the powers of both Raiku and Arazome Shigure) far higher with Renzan: Hajo Kuri (With Renzan: Hajo Kuri, he was at risk of destroying Soul Society)
Speed: Sub-Relativistic (Comparable to Post Resurrection Ichigo with his Hollow Mask)
For Kokuto
Attack Potency: Multi-Continent level (Overwhelmed Bankai Ichigo and traded blows with Ichigo while he increasingly hollowfied)
Speed: Sub-Relativistic (Able to keep up with a Post Resurrection Ichigo while increasingly Hollowfying)
Durability: Multi-Continent level (Easily able to defend from Post Resurrection Bankai Ichigo while he increasingly Hollowfies) higher with his Barrier (Was able to withstand a cero from Fully Hollowfied Ichigo)
For Kariya
Attack Potency: Likely Mountain level+ likely Island level (Can overwhelm Shikai Ichigo, albeit Ichigo at this time was struggling with his inner Hollow. Overall far superior to Go Koga and Ryo Utagawa, both of whom can pressure Shikai Ichigo) | Island level (More powerful than before. Ichigo Kurosaki and Byakuya Kuchiki cannot take him down with their Shikai alone. This would put Kariya above the likes of pre-time-skip Tōshirō Hitsugaya), higher with Messer (Can match Ichigo and Byakuya in Bankai)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Comparable to anime Byakuya Kuchiki and Ichigo Kurosaki, both of whom have showcased the ability to react to Messer's attacks, which have showcased properties of natural lightning. Kariya himself has casually reacted to multiple consecutive blasts of Byakurai, a lightning based ability, fired off by Byakuya Kuchiki)
For Koga
Attack Potency: Multi-Continent level (Comparable to anime Byakuya Kuchiki, took both Ginrei Kuchiki and Genryusai Yamamoto to fight him evenly in a weaker state)
Speed: Sub-Relativistic (Comparable to anime Byakuya, was able to keep pace with both Ginrei Kuchiki and Genryusai Yamamoto at the same time)
