Lanius scales from courier's physical strength which is>>>A basic laser rifle.

Yeah, the chain makes it so theyre ~2x apart as per the Jojo threads who have the same AP as Legate

You can say "They're probably not massively far away", there's no way you can prove 2x is the exact gap.

That put Qrow probably takes this via range and better skills. AP shouldn't be a massive issue here.

Yes they are equally skilled, Legate has better AP and dura while Qrow has much better range, a more mobile and agile fighting style, a more versatile and deadly weapon, and passive bad luck inducement
