Just gonna say this rq though

Qrow's semblance is passive, he can't control it so therefore its too farfetch'd to assume that it will have factors that make it qrows win. especially when its only exploitable on the ground. Not to mention while it increases bad luck chances, it doesn't make the impossible possible. and they're usually small things like tyrian falling through the wood or a tyre deflating, not completely changing atmosphere. At least not yet.

Well yeah, it's a bit much to say it'll work like Domino or Hajime off of one missed bullet and some minor environmental hazards.
