Low 2-C bracket/tournament. 32 characters are allowed to participate.

Rules:

• No characters with unfair amounts of hax (Void,EE,Broken Mind, Mid to True-Godly Regenerationn,etc.)
• No characters undergoing revisions
• The character has to be Low-2-C.
• One character per person
• Speed will be equalized when needed
• Two characters per verse at maximum
• All must be approved by moi

I'll nominate Master Hand for this tournament. I would nominate Master Core, since it gives him more powers, but it says that he's more powerful as Master Core.


(I mean, it doesn't SAY how much more powerful Master Core is, so we could just say he's still Low 2-C, and it would give the love glove some more useful powers, but I'll leave that up to other people.)
