Cucking Ovens here, feelsgoodman.
This bracket is meant to be for the supercriminal archetype present across various media pieces. The nefarious, the sinister, or even the nuisances, anyone fitting the bill can enter.
Since the core term is vague, this bracket has a rather lengthy eligibility criteria to fit what I believe encompasses a “supercriminal”, and additionally, the matches will have certain unique conditions (still addable), which would allow for discussion on battlefield strategies and traversal, factors which I feel get ignored for matches

Eligibility:
- Characters must be considered a supercriminal by bracket standards, i.e. a criminal with extraordinary powers or equipment in-verse, within an urban fantasy reminiscent of our modern world. No genre limit otherwise.
- Characters must have a way to negate, reduce or bypass durability of their opponents, that aren’t any which can allow them to end the match before even interacting with the opponents e.g. thought-based remote oneshots
- At the absolute end of the bracket, sheer AP outclassing is allowed
- Only characters up to 8-A physicals are valid
- Characters must not be stationary or have below average speed
- Characters must have at least a human level intelligence.
- One character entered per user for now, no verse limit or character cap.
Match Conditions:
- Battle will take place in a populated New York City at 8 PM
- Starting locations will be Trump Tower and Africa Center for each opponent (opposite ends of Central Park, essentially) with both characters NOT knowing each other’s location, thus having to track one another down and having ample oppurtunities to set up ambushes or any traps.
- Characters have a surface level prior knowledge on each other, same as any regular denizen of their opponent’s verse.
- Completely in-character, and speed equalized.
- In the scenario of an incon, there will be a coin toss to decide winner, and in stomps case-by-case either the winner or the loser will be disqualified.
