To celebrate The Walten Files finally getting on the site (about time), i'm hosting a 9-C Horror tournament.

Rules:​

• AP should be 300 Joules to 750 Joules (basically near baseline = good)
• Battle will take place in Dead by Daylight's Forsaken Boneyard.
• Keep haxes low. if one of you try to put in someone with non-existant physiology i will kill you.
• Two characters per person. 1 character per verse

more than half horror characters in this tier are zombies or robots. i highly doubt 049 is gonna be able to effect more than half of this.

Case by case. i recall theres zombies on this sight who are built different. also iirc his death touch doesn't work through clothing, so he'd actually have to attack them first before he could use his death touch
