I'm pretty sure we don't lock all tier 1s, but Old King Thor is a decently major Marvel character, so yeah, it probably should be closed.

As the Discussions forum has been long shut down, this rule has no need to be around anymore:
- In the "Discussions" forum, the staff should only use the "delete all posts" option against systematic trolls. If somebody accidentally removes all of the posts of a constructive member, immediately contact the Fandom staff about restoring them.
