    No it isn’t the characters scale to High 8-C+ currently off a one time 100x multiplier Tanjiro attained
    Have you calc the boreas freezing monstadt or him creating a raging blizzard on the same scale? If you haven't than i should note something, storm while they do tend to have weird shape due to natural mean boreas storm isn't natural so we can assume it's a circle instead of some weird shape, boreas won't really care about the surrounding when he did the feat so it's possible that it's larger then monstadt as from his lair that we can assume is today boss arena is where he perform it, maybe even larger as the Blizzard were made as a war declaration to deca and i doubt that he's going to do it from his lair but you can use that as a high end.

    Honestly I’m just gonna do the standard method approach when it comes to storms just use the exact area of the range being covered unless you can measure or it’s stated blatantly with numbers
    Although haven’t gotten around to it yet since I’ve been busy with Kaiju 8 and Honkai

    It's fine, if we can't use the stuff that i mention then standard method work fine but if you want to hear then use the area size of germany and put it on monstadt, calculate which is the farthest point from boreas lair in monstadt and it distance to the lair then do a circular area calc then slap the freeze calc on that area, same with blizzard change the freeze to blizzard calc but for the high end use somewhere right outside stormterror lair and calc the area that way and repeat blizzard calc. This is probably undoable my way i assume.

    No, he can’t he doesn’t really manipulate nothingness like with Void manip, he controls space at an atomic level in a specifc manner
