I actually went on ahead and calced it. It's not beyond 9-B, but it is 9-B regardless of whether or not we assume fragmentation or violent fragmentation.

If my calc is right, then I'm going to switch to PoY since in the beginning she would be able to deal enough damage while he's confused and panicking due to that passive empathic manip. Enough damage that his movements will be greatly hindered. Plus, she can tank his bullets now.

Actually, if my calc is right, I'm pretty sure she can one shot.

It's like a ten times difference so...maybe? I don't think she'd go for a kill right away though either? She'd likely toy with him for a bit before realizing he's pretty serious

At low end, she has an AP advantage of 10x

At high end, 100x

She can absolutely one-shot
