This is to discuss the result of Kai vs Adam, assuming it does not get reopened. This obviously cannot be added, given the board.

Right then...

Adam Taurus has never been shown to one-shot a character stronger than him (or arguably comparable to him) with his KE absorption. Against the Spider Droid, he needed Blake to buy him time, then took a pose which looked like he was charging something. Then, he absorbed a very powerful beam which is likely above the Spider Droid's durability, and fired back with an even more powerful attack. Clip is here: https://youtu.be/ImKCt7BD4U4?t=212. Point is, to utilise said more powerful than usual attack, he needed time; time which the ruthless Kai will not give him.

Against Yang, he tanked 13 to 14 hits with his sword, yet when he fired this absorbed energy at Yang it barely phased her. While some of this could be down to aura, the gap between Yang's aura and the supposed stacked AP of Adam's attack is higher than aura's other showings, especially seeing her reaction to this attack. According to Mr Common Sense, aura in RWBY has been shown to go down in just a few hits, and higher end showings, according to our profile, occured because the opponent was casual.

Afterimages is generally a null point against someone with Kai's skill, perception and senses.

He has oneshot multiple people stronger than himself with his KE absorption, most notable the Spider Droid, and he oneshot Blake's weapon and damaged Yang's bionic arm which is more durable than herself.

Adam is incapable of charging nay kind of attack and is never stated or shown to have the ability to do so so no, he was not charging anything.

It fazed her severely, she only survived due to blocking with her bionic arm which is far more durable than the rest of her body, its the only thing capable of taking hits from him.

The stack of aura's other showings is actually higher than what was shown in the fight with Adam, Yang has taken dozens of attacks from people stronger than herself without her aura going down in the past. Mr. Common Sense is unfortunately very much wrong, it regularly takes dozens of hits for a person's aura to go down.

Afterimages are pseudo duplication capable of moving and taking actions of their own independent of Adam, most notably being able to move in multiple different directions at once and attack on their own.

Until there is a better, legitimate explanation as to why he needed Blake to buy him time and took a pose that looked like he was charging something, then that's what happened via common sense, thus ruling out the Spider Droid feat as combat applicable. Damaging Yang's bionic arm was done with much more than one or a few hits absorbed. I'd like context for Adam breaking Blake's weapon.

Not what the clip showed, on both accounts.

The two examples you cited beforehand are due to the attacks they received being casual; i.e. not at full power, and hardly a feat. If you believe this to be a problem, get the wording on the profiles changed.

We've gone over this before. The afterimages are just that; afterimages. They show Adam's position a moment ago, they're not duplicates capable of seperate action. I've also never seen the duplicates attack on their own. If there is a clip of this, please enlighten me.

Occams razor says the opposite. He has never shown the ability to charge anything and can only attack using energy thats used against him, assuming he randomly gained the ability to charge an attack, an ability he has never shown to be able to do, is a massive assumption. He broke her weapon with his semblance.

Yes it was shown on both accounts.

Neither were casual, Tyrian was actively trying to kill Ruby and Mercury was hitting her with dozens of High 8-C attacks. I'll adjust them accordingly.

Adam isnt capable of being in three places simultaneously, all in different positions and taking different actions. Adam has his afterimages attack for him before he even moves to attack himself, Adam has two clones run circles around Yang in two different directions simultaneously while he attacks her from above.

Occam's Razor is meant to be used when there's two possibilities and you want to decide which outcome is more likely based on which one uses the least speculation. Nitpick aside, Adam not having charged an attack before does not mean there is a better explanation for something that obviously seems like an attack being charged.

He broke it after several downwards strikes. Impressive, yes, but not one-shot worthy, especially of a character far stronger than himself.

The rest is either resolved or we're just going in circles, so I'll drop the rest and let others decide based on the footage. That is if anyone's actually reading this

The only outcome that uses speculation is the one implying he is able to charge his attacks somehow when he has never shown or stated to be able to do so and which directly contradicts hos his semblance is shown and stated to work.

No, he broke it with a single semblance amped strike. The other strikes he used were deflected by her aura.
