I upscaled Geist from Tiz and other parts of the main party who back scale from High 7-As. It was the current policy so I just went with it. He could be argued High 7-A if one wanted

Actually, destroying our standard mountain would be Small City, pulverize it its like high end City level. But I guess if there's a crater it can be calculated.
