I don't think Mr. Macbeth really has any win-cons. At best, he can kill Frisk a few times, but he can't put them down permanently. Frisk can probably befriend him eventually like they did with Undyne, or just kill them and be done with it. (Though killing him would take a while)

Also I doubt frisk can dodge lasers, so how will he close the gap?

Mr. Macbeth isn't gonna do that in character. And I don't think Mr. Macbeth can one-shot, so yes Frisk could close the gap.

One shot would still heavily injure him, and it would be too fast to dodge.

Frisk was unharmed by a 101 megajoule explosion, so I doubt it would heavily injure them, even if Mr. Macbeth scales quite a bit above Henry. If neither can put down the other, then this seems like a mismatch.
