So..i was gonna make a new profile on here and i'm on the last one i need to do (Powers and abilities cause that one takes me the longest.) and i was kinda confused on what to put for one of these.
The point is this characters real form exists in another dimension while it has another form in...
So, this has been on my mind for a while.
Our current Type 5 Immortality is... pretty superfluous, given how absurdly limited the description actually is. On the other hand, I have come up with a new description for it that I feel fits far, far more characters.
Type 5: Deathless Immortality...
So I have this idea for a character. He has type 9 immortality and cannot die unless his realm dies. The problem? His realm also had type 9 immortality, and can't be destroyed unless it's creator dies.
In other words, their immortality feeds each other: You can't destroy the realm without...
Just 2:
1)
2) Is there any need to not implement the only note of the page to Immortality type 1... ? ("Immortality type 1 is for characters that do not age at all, not ones that are simply long-lived. The latter should be listed with Longevity instead." I'm pretty sure this can (and has)...
I saw a page on FC/OC VS Battles where a character had additional types besides Type 5.
I know this is probably better asked there, but I figure that this would be the easier and possibly better option.
Is Perfect Immortality compatible with the other types of immortality?
I know this may...
Make an Argument for which immortality you think is the strongest.
RULES
1. Be nice with your arguments. Basically don't insult other users. Saying their argument is wrong is okay (It's kinda the point of this) but serious insults towards another user are not allowed.
2. No links to type 5...
I mean what happens if the body (or even the soul) of this character will be destroyed? Deity will resurrect this character? And how works immortality given by Shenron?
Sorry for bad english :/
Okay, maybe I making this seem harder than it is, but this differentiation is very odd.
From what I've heard Type 8 is reliant on something else while Type 9 is reliant on yourself. But at the end of the day isn't that still Reliant Immortality i.e Type 8? And even then, how does one kill those...
So Rayma and his friends once took a nap that lasted a century, hence Rayman's age being listed as 100+ years old. Despite being asleep for so long, they not only looked exactly the same upon waking up, but were also just as physically fit, implying that they weren't really affected by the long...
So on here we have it so that beings of similar or higher power can overcome the immortality that has been granted to someone if they are more powerful than the granter. My question is, what if the immortality within the story is the real deal? Even though the immortality is given, even the...
Why do Tier 0s have type 5 immortality?
Ok first of all, type 5 immortality is defined as such:
"Complete and utter inability to ever die. This is typically reserved for questionable omnipotents."
This clearly states that there is absolutely no way of erasing a tier 0 character.
However...
As some of you may be aware, there has been confusion, both recently and in the past, as to what exactly Type 5 Immortality means and who it applies to. As such, we are changing the definition in an attempt to make it more clear, as well as better show what non-Tier 0 characters are able to have...
(In light of arguments between 1-A characters I'd prefer if you did not argue with other's suggestions)
Ok first question: Does the wiki have a general agreement on what group or who is the most powerful 1-A as I'd like to know?
Second question (in the likelihood the first is unanswerable): In...
Does she really have Type 3 Immortality (via regen)?
If we go by feats and not scaling from what she should have based on Madara and Obito, she's shown no feats of regen on her own.
The reason why she got her arm back was due to an involuntary transformation into an unstable form of the...
My favorite example, Zeno destroying Zamasu. Is it simply a case of being stronger than the being that bestowed the immortality, or if the being itself has the immortality on its own, then being stronger than it?
Because if that's the case (and this is totally unrelated but it came to mind)...
For some reason, Jeff 's dura is Universal+ for tanking attacks from Giygas, however, Poo and Paula do the exact same feat, and Poo only as Universal, and Paula doesn't even has a possible higher durability, needless to say, that not even Ness has this. I remember reading that even if the...
It has come to my attention on this thread that regenerating from nothing but a head is actually a Low-High regen feat rather than a Mid regen feat.
With this in mind, the majority of Keys to the Kingdom character profiles need to have their Regenerationn bumped up a couple levels.
The...
So this came up on this thread here . It concerned whether someone with Type 8 Immortality should get Low-Godly Regen. Here is DontTalk's comment:
"Actually not 100% sure how we treat regen in regards to type 8.
For AIM Burst I have given him the best regen it demonstrated and Type 8...
Since the definition of the type has finally been clarified, it makes sense for them to get type 4. Considering being a god with them actually is important and not just a title. And it's pretty clear that they're immortal.
I would've gotten an answer earlier from DT, but I accidentally put...
We have characters, who cannot die, because they will be live until they can think.
It's not those characters' unique ability. It's their verse's feature.
Then...
Which type of immortality is it?
1: Longevity: Characters gifted with this type of immortality cannot die from natural causes...
Hello lovely VSBW community :)
While I was writing a story, I realize that there is potentially a type of Regenerationn above even high godly regen. I come to call this "true godly Regenerationn", for lack of a better name.
"True Godly Regen" would be defined as:
"The ability to regenerate...
So I basically just looked through a bunch of pages of Immortal characters and a good amount of them had some problems with type 4 & 8 immortality.
So I thought instead of making one thread for each I would gather all of those in one (should hopefully be ok since it shouldn't be such a great...
I just am a bit confused. What I wonder is what are the specific feats and statements necessary to get Immortality Type 4?
For the case of an external god reviving you it is clear to me. That is essentially like Type 8 with reliance on a god.
But for the case of yourself being the god that...
Why are they Type 5 immortality? If Azathoth awakens they will not survive. Yog-Soggoth is also vastly above them, so it is reasonable to assume that he could destroy them as well. So how can a non tier 0 with a tier 0 in the series have perfect immortality?
She's not type 1 cause via manga she got hits by iihiko who kills immortlas cause the damages he cause does not heal and she always back after getting beatted up also she said iihiko defeated her more than a hundred millions times that's makes her immortal type 3,4,5,8
So I've been thinking. What type of immortality does reincarnation fall under? In other words characters that can die but will eventually be reborn either in their original form or another body?
We seem to have a bit of a problem.
I have noticed that the definition in the Immortality page currently lists longevity as the inability to at all die from old age and diseases.
However, plenty of the characters who list it as an ability (including Odin (Marvel Comics), who is used as an...
