The take that Ulquiorra is the strongest espada has set Bleach scaling as a whole back multiple years, imo. There's so many things that need to be rationalized and/or outright ignored in the process of making it consistent that what you're left with afterwards is an almost completely different manga, in terms of scaling. It's a mess.
I do think Ulquiorra packs up Harribel in his second release, though.

Only reason Ulquiorra feels stronger than the top 3 Espada (Yammy being 0 was a psyop it never happened) is because their fights were subpar

Base Harribel puts up a fight vs SE Ulquiorra, and Res Harribel seals the deal, and beats him, because her Res. is a very very very minor stat amp.

Yammy and stark might be stronger but I can’t see harribel and Barragan being stronger than segunda ulquiorra

Out of the 4 highest ranked espada, Harribel is the only one that you can even remotely argue that SE Ulquiorra might beat because of the SAFWY statement from Cien that puts Respira (and Starrk’s wolves and Yammy) above Ulquiorra’s Lanza.
You can argue that Ulquiorra’s statement about there being 3 espada stronger than him could apply to their released states, and that the espada he’s referring to are Yammy, Starrk, and Barragan, rather than Starrk, Barragan, and Harribel. That’s as generous as you can be to him.

'Might be' is my polite way of saying that I don't agree but I won't say no outright because I'm polite like that. SE ulq being stronger than Harribel ***** up a lot of the scaling of other characters, but Ulq fans seem to ignore that.

Keep in mind Baraggan also was super old, wasn’t doing much of any kind of training due to boredom for prolly thousands of years. I think he’s meant to be a shell (or a skeleton 
) of his old self.

Personally think it would have been cool if barragan was on the same lvl as Yamamoto or atleast close and Aizen using tricks to beat Him like he did with Yamamoto. I know this might mess up with the plot of the separate respecting him cause of his strength but overall it does feel like arrancars are the weakest race although they are one of the coolest.

I think it makes sense that the arrancar as a whole are the weakest compares to the Shinigami/Quincy.
The Shinigami have had over a thousand years to learn,create,document and just teach evert next generations the tricks of the old one,and they are also in the most "dominant" position of the 3 by the start of Bleach.
The Quincies have been preparing for war for a thousand years.
The Arrancars are a fairly recent phenomen in hollow history(at least in terms of large numbers) and Hollows as whole are fairly self destructive outside of a few,and even fewer are the type to just spread the Knowledge of "here's the manual of how to get strong".

Q: In the Thousand Year Bloody War arc, I believe that Commander Komamura became like a human due to using the human transformation technique, but was the reason why he suddenly turned into a wolf after the battle because the time limit for this technique expired?
Or was it because Commander Komamura himself was filled and overwhelmed by the desire for revenge?If the correct reason is the latter, do you agree with me that Komamura wouldn't have turned into a wolf if he kept his good/benevolent intentions, such as "protecting Soul Society"?
