i recall ganju saying that the garganta will be destroyed if Yhwach merge the realms , and Yhwach saying he will erase SS when he merge the realms , but nothing about the history itself going away.

This will be very straight forward. Names in Bleach are concepts with meaning, power assigned to it. Name is someone's fundamental aspect of existence (concept) Ichibe needs to name ichigo as "reio" to function as reio despite having the requirements of reio, again meaning name is important...

It was in the manga AFAIR which mentioned end of history of soul society. Statement was from shunsui/ ganju/ urahara either of them. I just vaguely remember a statement like that was in the manga.
Ichibei mentions about begining of history of soul society after creation of the worlds, something to cover pit/hell (in context garganta) in cfyow

Stark would have been very useful. He has good moves.
Ulquiorra is weak. And his signature move is uncontrollable large AOE attack.

I agree with you about Starrk, but I think Ulquiorra is a character who left the screen rather quickly.. I'd especially like to see more of his 2nd form.

Neither of them have any relevance to the story without hell arc. Both are dead.
Muken prisoners, info about primorldial world,characters, missing soul king parts are more interesting at that point of story.

Still weak. Soifon managed to damage baraggan with bankai. What's the point? Soifon nuke > Ulquiorra nuke.
Max res Yammy > Res Stark > Res Baraggan > Res Haribel > 2nd Res Ulquiorra.
Worst is his growth would be less than characters like grimjow and I like ulquiorra lot more than grimjow.

I tend to agree with you, but L opinion, Ulquiorra might be stronger than Halibel. Emphasis on 'might be,' but he doesn't reach the level of our God-King Barragan's skeletal toes.

The take that Ulquiorra is the strongest espada has set Bleach scaling as a whole back multiple years, imo. There's so many things that need to be rationalized and/or outright ignored in the process of making it consistent that what you're left with afterwards is an almost completely different manga, in terms of scaling. It's a mess.
I do think Ulquiorra packs up Harribel in his second release, though.
