i have a CGT that was made for me discussing which calc should be used. It’s about a meteor’s KE and each calc uses a different speed. My calc used a calculated initial speed and then got the final speed of the meteor as it accelerates due to gravity. Clover’s calc on the other hand only uses ablation speed of 3km/s. Also to find the mass I proposed a higher height the meteor descended with logical reasoning against an assumed mesosphere height of 85 km. This height affects the size and then the mass of the meteor.
So may I have your input to discuss which calc is more reliable and the adjustments that could be made!
