    1. That's a conclusion quickly drawn from a few foundational assumptions. Particularly, that light travels at the same speed for all observers, regardless of their reference frame. Accommodating this causes a lot of weird things to pop up if you try to get objects travelling faster than light.

    It does what it was shown to do canonically, and any things sufficiently similar (if she's able to turn Harry into a gerbil, and Sarah into a goldfish, she can probably turn an opponent in a fight into a hamster).

    It does not include NLF.

    Hax tends to ignore at least one stat, yeah.

    I don't know of resistances that ignore attack potential, and I can't imagine what sort of resistance that would be.

    Ainz has a spell called true death that negates type 4 resurrection -would this negate all fiction reviving him? Or will it not work since he’s using causality manip to do it?

    I'd say it wouldn't negate all fiction reviving him.

    Both because of how we tend to treat interactions of hax like that (vague resistance/power null only works on similar mechanisms being used for similar effects), and because Medaka Box has a specific statement that All Fiction's resurrection isn't typical.

    I mean, Overlord's reassurection isn't exactly typical either, that shit can resurrect folks from their souls being destroyed and is shown from the perspective of the one being ressurected as a beam of light they can choose to reach out towards to be ressurected.

    It also lowers their stats as well if I recall

    Responded again. Given that you said that there's already a 7-C feat, the fact that this couldn't go above 8-C+ likely means it won't be usable, not matter how you tweak it.

    The "shining" seems like just typical action lines conveying movement. Plus the purely mechanical destruction of the bricks in front, and all along the sides, implies a mechanical change, not a temperature one.

    And as said, the edges more look to have shadows rather than being charred.

    it's more in line with trench glowing bright with heat. The fact that only the edges have scorch marks should also be consistent because the furthest points away from the source of the burning would die down the fastest, the pure mechanical destruction of the bricks in front should just be because he stopped his movement

    It's not only at the edges, it happens near the middle too, it's just more extreme at the edges. Such as the point right near the center, where some of the bricks aren't destroyed.

    Could you explain me the difference between when it is interdimensional and when extradimensional. I could not ascertain the exact difference and when do we have to consider one or the other, so maybe some examples could be better.

    Also, I'd like to know is when we are dealing with characters that can use Dimensional Travel like teleportation or portals etc for traversal and BFR between 4D and 5D realms, how should we index it.
    Also another case when character
    has Cosmic awareness and precog in that range, will it be different?

    Is something like "Low Complex Multiversal Interdimensional/Extradimensional range" appropriate or do we have to tier it differently.

    I felt like the draft was pretty clear. Interdimensional explicitly talks about many cases where it doesn't apply, and extradimensional doesn't have those restrictions.

    I know, it's every mathematically possible universe, rather than every logically possible universe. I believe this runs into the same issue. And that both of those also run into the same issue as "every universe people can imagine" or "every piece of fiction ever written".

    In fact, given that modal realism is stronger and further reaching than type 4 multiverses, the latter shouldn't land higher than the former.

    Typically, yeah. I was talking about the zero context case. Infinity existing would bump it up to High 3-A, those universes being separate space-times would bump it up to 2-B (2-A with infinity existing), etc.

    The elapsed time is not given, but during this time, there is a short conversation between the character and his friend.

    Blech, there's some weird stuff in fiction about time spent talking not counting. It seems like it's meant to in this case, but it's unclear exactly how long.

    I'd do 3 seconds for a high-end (based on me reciting those lines to myself), and "the bullet is just off-screen" as a low-end.
