What I find more interesting than anything else is they went out of their way to mention Bardock's bullshit power up and are basically slapping that onto Cell because he's part Saiyan even though that's just weird Dragon Ball Super nonsense that definitely didn't work that way back in Z.

These illustrations aren't even exclusive to this supposed art book, and the raws for the other scans they are in do not match the text of translated scan.
What's more, you cannot find any of the translator's social media platforms besides the original fan site this scan came from, which offers nothing but dead ends.
