Higher dimensional shit is technically fine but holy **** if anyone is 3D they should basically be denied to be given full access to higher D shit.

is paper mario really canon? I still feel iffy about giving bowser the pure hearts, wasnt it only his paper version whos ever used it

Its only issue since Sticker Star and beyond made Paper Mario actually into a craft entity and all that Paper Jam jazz. Its essentially a retcon.

Mind you DB likes compositing so Mario + Paper Mario is a-ok to them.

It's canon but an alternate universe, well at least after Paper Jam, before then they did consider Paper Mario as mostly an artstyle thing but then they were like nah actually different universe. But given certain things like Paper Mario on the N64 still being called a previous adventure along with the likes of the classic games and Super Mario 64 in the Superstar remake that came out after Paper Jam, and weird stuff like Paper Jam being randomly excluded from a wall in Origami King showing Princess Peach in previous Paper Mario games people are really mixed on that. Sticker Star onwards making the paper thing just bluntly how the world is instead of an artstyle that sometimes has a quick gag about them being able to become a paper airplane or something doesn't help with them being one and the same anymore.

While I respect Thing vs Thing MU, we are good on capeshit MUs.

Doesnt Swamp stomp even after Man's buffs?

Even giving Metal the benefit of the doubt and assuming he has the AP advantage, Ultron can just transfer his consciousness to another machine or backup bodies if destroyed. So Metal can't really put him down.
That's why I said it was a stalemate because Ultron definitely can't kill Metal either after he copies Ultron.

Blame the Cthulu mythos
That's actually an interesting point to consider: while some might point to DC and Marvel comics as being where higher dimensional power scaling originates from, I'd actually argue that it was the Cthulhu Mythos that really popularized it. Hell I'm pretty sure that the term "Outerversal" was inspired from the Cthulhu Mythos so that's pretty influential to say the least.
You cannot genuinely tell me Sonic Team knows what the **** a hypertimeline is
I myself am not a fan of hypertimeline Sonic, I firmly consider Game Sonic 5-D at his max, but I don't think saying things like "the author doesn't know about insert power scaling term here" negates its authenticity. Like whether or not we all agree with this wiki's standards and tiering system, if something like Game Sonic qualifies by the standards of having a hypertimeline then it is what it is, regardless of author input.

Is Hecatia from Touhou.

Why? Ultron can just hack him.
Because I've explained this like five times already. Whenever Metal copies someone's abilities he gains resistances to them, meaning Ultron can't hack him after that and stacking that on top of the Super Form's already shown resistance to Cyber stuff just compounds it further.

meaning Ultron can't hack him after that
But Ultron can just hack his own resistances tho.

To be more precise, his hack will just get better to eventually hack Metal Sonic copied resistance to hacking.

I don't exactly agree with Metal Sonic getting Resistance to people he copied anyway, the evidence for It is pretty thin.

Maaaaybe 6D Sonic stuff has merit if its how higher dimension should work in general but there is no real evidence in Sonic about 6D specifically.

Maybe that funky "super dimensional" statement implies higher stuff but uhhh it also ironically implies even higher stuff than 6D soooo

Shit is messy lol
