I can barely remember the fine points of Dante v Clive.
I presume the cast stuff where they go over abilities is not meant to be fact and just random rambles?
As they gave Nero mid godly regen, & likely reg negation which from I can remember they didn't give to Dante, only giving him high reg (from being melted) and no reg negation.

I wouldn't take the cast at face value, it's well known to not be "too" serious at all. That said I can't see a way Hellboy wins this, even with the max leeway given he'll be baseline universal while Nero scales to universal×2 at minimum and that's not factoring all the amps on top plus the arsenal/abilities difference is just hilarious, sure Hellboy gets Excailbur as a hail mary but Nero gets... more lol!
