Branching evolutions are fun in games because you can pick and choose a wide variety of options, allowing you to have more options.

Even Death Battle pointed out how common of a 'cheat' that is. Hell destiny draw isnt even that good, Shining Draw literally invents new cards to win duels and counter whatever you have
