I really want hulk vs superman, probably jumped to the top of my most wanted match ups

Yeah but those connections are REALLY surface level and dang boring. I prefer they put Supergirl against someone with thematic connections.

Gorr the God Butcher vs Fusion Zamasu confirmed gigastomp if that wasn't obvious
I like Gorr vs Zamasu, to be completely honest. Not only is it a battle between a god killer vs a mortal killer, the complete inverse of each other, but also the thought of Zamasu getting absolutely demolished and wrecked by Gorr would be so satisfying to see.

And yeah, it's a stomp, but when has a stomp stopped DB in the past?

Well fellas, in the end, whilst kinda cool, the episode was a disappointment for me and that's not even because of the result either. I mean I wouldn't be writing this if the result wasn't wrong in my eyes but here's a thing. They underused Hulk and Godzilla both. They just made them clash again and again. We saw 2 forms for Godzilla and that was the base form and Ultima. Same for Hulk, Banner, Savage Hulk and World-breaker.

They say they had 1000 pages of research, even down to that one time Godzilla was Santa claus?...for what purpose?
I am currently talking with some chinese scalers and they basically have already discovered insane shit by analyzing the mathematical formulas of the anime series. Then there's the fact that there's potentially infinite layers to 1-A for "It" but that's besides the point.

The point is, they showed us NOTHING. Hulk didn't turn into cool abominations, we saw no Joe Fixit, we saw no Devil Hulk. We also saw no Warrior Godzilla, no Burning Godzilla, no Evolved Godzilla, no Super Godzilla.
I wanted to see an evolved Burning Godzilla squaring up with Devil Hulk. Instead we got a few minor clashes that didn't even destroy the planet and in the end the True Form of Godzilla was shown in the weirdest and most unimpressive way possible.

I liked the animation overall, it was well made, there was some cool action, but in the end they researched all of that and we didn't get neither Hulk throwing Godzilla by the tail, nor Godzilla doing a cool drop kick on Hulk. Heck, we didn't even get any of the cool stuff mentioned like Ultima nullifying Causality or Hulk smashing universes. We didn't even get Hulk growing giant during his fight.

The supposed research for this fight was basically pointless because it came down to like a very small and misrepresented factor.

Overall
Episode rating without the results: 6/10
Episode rating with the results: 4/10 and that's only because they at least pointed out Godzilla being 1-A.

I feel like they are both equal (Yeah that is what am saying, am saying if they both clashed they would have deleted themselves from reality itself, and the world, back into nothing.)

Dragon Ball will have a really hard time after Simon and Godzilla forced DC and Marvel respectively to go all out on bonkers Higher-D scaling.
Unless they just ditch it again against verses that don't use it.
Given that after Hulk vs Broly Death Battle self-admittedly just aims for the highest possible result for herald level superheroes, any other non comic book character fighting them is screwed (Simon vs Kyle being a rare outlier). Even characters of similar level will lose because comic books "out-cosmology" them. Like, honestly the only way I see superheroes losing is if Death Battle for some reason starts bringing Xianxia novel dudes, and even those may still lose to the bigger cosmology argument.

I think I will avoid any capeshit debates from now on. Everything is so inconsistent and confusing, you not only have to deal with people ignoring the anti-feats but you also have no way of knowing what's cap and what's not since there's like a bajillion self-contradicting comic issues to go through. Others seem to have done that already, so I will do so too.

Cape shit has always been widely inconsistent in terms of powersdaling, or just strength in general, there is a reason why james gunn doesn't like powerscaling.

Alternatively borderline haxless Heralds can lose to unkillable haxlords like with Ghost Rider vs Spawn, but those are also outliers.

Yeah. IMO, Spawn happened to be a from a high stakes story himself also in comic book high stakes style, which really worked in his favour. Now that dimensional stuff seems to be being fully embraced it's left to see if DB still allows a lower fighter affect a higher one and all that.

Unironically i see DB buying Outer Bill due to him shaking the binder his verse is placed in or because platonic concepts were mentioned once so this may just be another Ultima L lmao
I mean DB placed both Hulk and Ultima/the Entity at Outer at their peak power so it'd be a stalemate in that regard. But the big question would be whether or not Bill could bypass Godzilla's immortality and banish the Entity by solving that incalculable equation thing or not

The most wanked DB combatant of today vs the most wanked DB combatant in history..........

IDK Bill's kinda an idiot, unless he instantly pulls the "Singular Point Get Out Sign" I feel like Ultima would just rewrite history so Bill gets hit by Standford's Quantum De-stabilizer.

Yeah I have no urge to rewatch this episode any time soon. It's a 4 or 5 out of 10 for me still.

I have been underwhelmed by every 3D fight this season to be honest.
