DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

I'm fine with the tree be consider just universal in size, i can accept it. What i do think is bullcrap its using a map that was clearly not on scale and was meant as just an artistic representation.

It would have been better if they just go with a real life tree (the one which GoW 2018 took inspiration for its version of the Yggdrasil), change the mass and then calc how much energy it would have requid to shake it.

And even that the scaling its crappy, going with Surtur but not even mentioning Thor or Odin who can fight him, especially Thor who its stated that in the original Ragnarok he actually split the tree, which its even more impressive.

Well the universe itself its vast but also very empty for the most part, an equally size tree would have far more density in comparation.

Which probably means that its mass may surpass the entire observable universe.

They mentioned Thor they didn't focus on him very much despite making more sense to focus on given him splitting the tree and shaking the 9 Realms is far better to use than the weird ass chain scaling method

I still can't believe they just showed Kratos covering his eyes as a speed feat, when Helios scaling comes from Hermes and Hercules actually dodging the damn thing.

Maybe DB could go to Viz Media and ask if they could have Lindsay voice Ruby, maybe as a sponsored episode or something? Though it's probably a safer bet to get a soundalike to voice Ruby if they can't get the official VA to do the job
