Actually speaking of Gojo, I have a question about how Infinity works since I haven't looked further into JJK outside of the anime. How it works is it basically forces an infinite amount of distance between him and the attack, so how does it interact with abilities that directly effect the target without travelling, like for example line of sight based attacks like the kamui or like medusa-like petrification?

That was one time and he was literally just chilling. We've seen on multiple other occasions in canon that characters can get exhausted out of their Super forms (Shadow for one in SA2), and have multiple sources both by the devs and guides and official bios and descriptions and characters stating they have a limit.
Maybe this site doesn't give them a hard limit, but DB most certainly will
