Higher and more direct, Squirrel Girl's abilities are just "I win lol" while Gwen can directly interact with the plot and the structure of the medium she's currently in.
Aside from like one none canon comic Harley is just a "normal" girl.

Second character is Valkenhayn R Hellsing (Basically both are loyal servants of loli vampires and Sakuya is a maid, Valkenhayn is a butler, there's probably more, but this is all i can remember)
The connections between Sakuya and Pucci is that they're both servants of vampires (Dio and Remilia), throw knives and "time, huh?" (Again, there's more but i'm too lazy to list all of it)
Connections between Sakuya and Richter: Blue-clad vampire hunters from videogames who throw knives and stop time, ironically enough both ended up working for a vampire in their verse (Richter getting posessed by Shaft and being forced to work for Dracula and Sakuya willingly helping Remilia)
The outcome is "Axl has bigger AP, but Sakuya is faster and Axl has a shit durability, so Sakuya wins", right? If that's the case, then i feel pretty good about the outcome

And if we think deeper about it, Hit actually has a bigger chance of giving a good fight against Sakuya Izayoi (some may even say he will win) than any other opponents listed. The debate element in a character versus debate is never to be underestimated.
