I would advertise Kasen Ibaraki vs Fleetway Sonic again but I'll take a brief break.
Takayuki Yagami [Judgment/Ryu Ga Gotoku] vs Wei Shen [Sleeping Dogs], opportunity to introduce two brand new incredible franchises that would allow for a really intense street-building level martial arts clash, something we don't see often, with a possibility for more ridiculous superpowers / magic for a crazier middle half if desired.
Lupin the Third vs Sly Cooper, a really fun and debatable fight between two goofball heisters has a lot of potential for fun banter and choreo and would just overall be a blast.

They'd have to be careful: Ken Penders recently claimed that he owned the rights to "Green Knuckles".So i genuinely don't know how i came up with this MU but for some reason i did and it has connections for some reason
Jotaro vs Knuckles (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven vs Archie Sonic)
Connections: Both are non-canon overpowered versions of already existing characters. Both are members of families that fight great evil in their world (Joestar family and Brotherhood of Guardians). Both had their parents separated from each other (Sadao, Jotaro's father left Jotaro with his mom and Knuckles' parents got divorced, resulting in Knuckles with living his father as a child). Both are 17 years old. Both have some anger issues. Both are brawlers who fight by punching things. Both have faced against an egoistical bastard who gained immortality and planned to become even more power (Dio and Mammoth Mogul). Said villains had the same powers as them (Jotaro and Dio had the same types of stands, Star Platinum and the World while Mogul used the chaos force, same force that Knuckles uses when he's fighting). Both at one point gained godlike powers (Jotaro inheriting powers of Heaven Ascension Dio and Knuckles turning Chaos Knuckles). Both would latter have a daughter that would inherit their powers (Jolyne, who had the stand powers and Lara-Su, who had the chaos powers).
I'm not joking, he literally called it Green Knuckles.

(Holy Sly Cooper vs Lupin the Third is actually far fairer than and just as thematic as Sly Cooper vs Rouge the Bat)

E. Honda VS Hariyama (Street Fighter VS Pokémon) as a sumo wrestling fight would be fun, kinda like a sumo version of Goro VS Machamp. Ganryu from Tekken is another fine choice, but gets stomped since DB buys that meteor feat.
Vert Wheeler VS Mike Chilton (Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 VS Motorcity) since we never had a full on car battle since Joker VS Sweet Tooth (and even then that ended with an up close kill on foot). Plus it could mix 3D with the cars and the hand-drawn characters ala Optimus Prime VS Gundam and the SFM team does have experience with DEATH RACE and that wasn't too shabby. Also introduces two rather lesser known series.
Tari VS Miko Kubota (Meta Runner VS Glitch Techs). Introduces a feasible character from Glitch Productions and a niche character from Nickelodeon and could play around with Tari's arsenals and abilities and Miko's weapons and gear. Plus, the battle could take place in a simulated game that glitches out.
Practically any Skullgirls MUs since a full-on hand drawn fight like in the games animation would be sweet. My picks would be Cerebella VS Mystique Sonia (Hero 108), Valentine VS Sayo Hitsugi (Triage X) and Filia VS Yukako Yamagishi (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure).

Yeah, I much prefer it over putting Wei Shen against Kiryu. Wei and Yagami have more connections imo and it'd be much less of a stomp (still much more in the camp of a Yagami win though).

Well, uh insert "most wanted MU" and there ya go. But from all most wanted MUs I'll probably put only Raz vs Ness.
But ok, the other episodes I would like to be used can be Doomsday vs SCP-682 for debate, as well as one of the few Skullgirls MU so there was a fighting game on this season with a good fighting game they haven't used yet.
