For Kaguya Shinomiya, Taiga Aisaka, Kotonoha Katsura and any peak human school girl from a recent Japanese love comedy work with "no superpowers" look good enough. Hinagiku Katsura may get some good close connections with Kaguya but I fear this is plain overkill.

Arceus should win easily in most of Its matchups as long as It does not face any of the god tier Digimon characters.

Or It does not face YHVH (Shin Megami Tensei).

I'm personally a big fan of collective writing projects of any kind, so i'd love to see them represented in a format like this. Sure, they can be annoying to research, but in the case of SCP you just have to isolate the most important works for a character and the most important stories they're associated with. You don't need every single piece of info a character has to offer, because they sure as shit don't do that for characters with even less to work with.

And in the case of not much in terms of animation, I'd say it opens the boat for more creativity. Something like SCP-682 has so much to work with that you could let your mind run wild and take a fight with it in any way you want. If anything I'd argue projects like this gif a lot more creative wiggle room and freedom.

there don't seem to be many.. and honestly i'd rather see arceus fighting someone else.. although i'm not particularly interested in seeing him in death battle either.. i feel like any pokemon trainer would be a better choice than him.
 
Arceus is really one of the Pokemon I'd care to see on the show simply because he's the God of Pokemon and thus has some of the most ability access and most notable feats, and even then, I still find him pretty boring. I would just rather him have a better matchups with better connections than wasting Amaterasu on him.

So i genuinely don't know how i came up with this MU but for some reason i did and it has connections for some reason

Jotaro vs Knuckles (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven vs Archie Sonic)
Connections: Both are non-canon overpowered versions of already existing characters. Both are members of families that fight great evil in their world (Joestar family and Brotherhood of Guardians). Both had their parents separated from each other (Sadao, Jotaro's father left Jotaro with his mom and Knuckles' parents got divorced, resulting in Knuckles with living his father, Locke as a child). Both are 17 years old. Both have some anger issues. Both are brawlers who fight by punching things. Both have healing, reality warping and time travelling abilities. Both initially started as pretty lonely characters, but soon enough gained alot of friends during their journey (Stardust Crusaders and Chaotix). Both have faced against egoistical villains who gained immortality and planned to become even more powerful (Dio and Mammoth Mogul). Said villains had the same powers as them (Jotaro and Dio had the same types of stands, Star Platinum and The World while Mogul used the chaos force, same force that Knuckles uses when he's fighting). Both at one point gained godlike powers (Jotaro inheriting powers of Heaven Ascension Dio and Knuckles turning into Chaos Knuckles). After gaining said powers, both decided to rewrite history to make the world a better place (Jotaro using his reality overwriting powers to prevent deaths of important people in his universe and Knuckles time travelling to reunify the Echidna people). Both would later have a daughter that would inherit their powers (Jolyne, who had the stand powers and Lara-Su, who had the chaos powers).

Batman (DC Comics) VS Su Huan-Jen (Pili Puppet Theatre): We can see that Batman struggles with countering Su Huan-Jen's techniques with his utility belt, Smart Mask, Batcar, Batplane, Batcycle and so on. (And it is still City Blcok level VS Mountain level at least) Also, there will be puppet show-style narrator dramatically narrates the battle. We can also see how broken a puppet show can be.

Gingka (Beyblade) Vs Seiya (Saint Seiya):

*Brings in two popular and new franchises into DB.

*Is surprisingly thematic and has pretty strong connections.

*The music potential for the soundtrack is excellent.

*Due to both having completely different battle styles, the animation itself will definitely be "creative".

*The MU is kinda cursed which is a plus depending on whom you ask.

*Both draw power from the cosmos.

*Both have fought and defeated gods.

*One of their most powerful rivals is synonymous with dragons (Shiryu and Ryuga).

*Both became "legends" within they respective settings and saved the Earth.

*Both take "loose" inspiration from Greek mythology (as well as other popular myths).

*Both are the masters of the Pegasus constellation.

*Both are hotblooded yet kind individuals that wouldn't think twice to help a friend or even a stranger (even it means getting hurt or putting their own life in danger).

Basically for me it would be: issac vs madotsuki (yumme nikki vs The binding of issac) the judge vs sans (undertale vs OFF) jacket vs silent gunner (hotline miami vs my friend pedro) Hank vs pico (Madness combat vs pico's school) the knight vs the traveler (Guardian tale vs Genshi impact)
