Well if we're talking about Saber match ups:

The connection between Saber and Es is that are servants to male high school kids that started out as stereotypical peace lovers (Shirou and Tōya respectively before both were molded into proficient fighters while also showing almost undying loyalty towards them to the point of being likely lovers. Both were also manifested and created through nearly omnipotent entity within the world (The Holy Grail and The Magic Element), while also both being able to wield extremely proficient and powerful swords ( Excalibur and Crystalline Sealed Blade: Murakumo) and able to wield special powerful armaments/ abilities that are different and unique to it's wielder (Noble Phantasms and Drives respectively) While trying to maintain their titles (Saber maintaining title as King while Es maintains her title as Guardian of the Gate)
 
All previously 3D hax and resistances are becoming 4D by default, and all 4D hax and resistances are becoming 8D by default. 2-As are gonna become Low 1-C and Saber's got a 2-A key (albeit it hasn't been added even though the revision was accepted)

Plus, every single character is getting a metric ton of new hax and resistances that we found

It's deadass gonna be on the tier of the persona revisions

Moon cell is part of it, but obviously there's a lot more that goes into it beyond just "haha higher d statement". I can't say too much more cause i'm not the one in charge of the revisions but

But yeah, since Artoria's resistances and defensive hax are things most of her enemies either
  1. Are uneffected by
  2. Already had no answer to
This has very little effect on Artoria's matchups. Most people who beat her before still beat her since most of her matchups aren't hax fests.

Doom’s profile still says he’s low 1-A, maybe it’s getting update and downgraded, who knows, I haven’t kept up with the updates.

The more we go one the worst our DC and Marvels pages become. I still cant believe at one point ******* bleach was low 2-C on this website before DC and Marvel ever got there's.

I've been told they actually plan on splitting Post-Crisis DC into Eras so that the universal feats won't be considered outliers.

Given Marvel's >80 year history it wouldn't surprise me if they did something similar for it.
